• We charge 10% service fee.
• Daily fees include breakfast
• We accept credit cards.
• Check-in is at 12 noon and check-out is until 10 am
• We do not have the infrastructure to host children under the age of 12.
• There are no banks or ATMs on the island.
• Request by email the time table for boats to cross to Ilha Grande and parking on the mainland.
• For boat trips and tours on the island we recommend local travel agencies.

Rules for cancellation

• In accordance with Embratur Resolution 161, cancellation and refund of reservation amount will be handled as follows: 90% up to 30 days from the start of the stay and there will be no refund at less than 30 days from the check-in.
  
  
• Non-attendance on the scheduled check-in date will be considered "NO SHOW", the apartment will remain locked until the next check-in time (10am). After this period the rest of the reservation will be canceled and there will be no refund of the deposit or transfer of dates. In case of early check-out, the amount paid for the accommodation will not be returned and there will be no transfer of date.
